Live Online Classes via Zoom – Explore the art of belly dance from the comfort of your home.

Tuesdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm EST – Belly Dance Level 2 & 3
This class will focus on the basic moves and vocabulary of belly dance. Students will also learn about ethics, etiquette, music, history, and culture of this dance style along with isolations, muscle control and more. There will be emphasis on body and spatial awareness. This class also explores some strength, flexibility, and some use of props.
Some experience necessary.
Dance attire: Comfortable stretchy clothing to allow for graceful movement. Bare feet are ideal, but slippers are acceptable depending on your surface.
Thursdays 7:00pm – 8:00pm EST – Introduction to Belly Dance with basic movement and technique
Looking for a new way to move and be creative? This is the class for you! Learn the great art of belly dance. This class focuses on the basic movements of belly dance including isolations, traveling moves and so much more. We will go through drills and combinations to get your body acquainted with this breathtaking way of moving. This is also a great place to meet a lot of new fun people and learn about the history and culture of this fascinating art form. Bring an open mind and be prepared to MOVE!
This class is for all levels. No experience necessary.

Thursdays 8:00pm – 9:00pm EST – Modern Belly Dance – Level 3 and up
Want to become physically and artistically stronger?
In this class students will learn more performance ready style, technique, posture, layering, fluid arm movement, advanced isolations and serpent-like body movements. This class will also include sassy choreography with or without props. Each class will begin with an intense body conditioning warm up and drills to improve muscle control and memory, and isolation skills including layering. Be prepared to sweat at home as well.
At least 3 years experience required
